Memo Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Approval in Class Action Case

In an order dated August 23, 2019, Judge Pratter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, approved a 1.1 million dollar settlement for the plaintiffs, in the matter of Gwendolyn Hall, on behalf of herself and others similarly situated, v. Accolade, Inc. This case involves a class action involving a misclassification of Health Assistants. Our firm joined with Winebrake & Santillo, LLC to represent Gwendolyn Hall and the class members against Accolade, Inc.
