Virginia (“Ginger”) Hardwick
is an experienced litigator, who concentrates her practice in cases concerning discrimination, harassment, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, commercial disputes, and contracts in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also represents employees in the negotiation of contracts and severance agreements, and counsels employers on compliance and best practices to avoid litigation.
Tiffanie C. Benfer
represents clients in all phases of employment discrimination, including such issues as the ADEA, ADA, race, gender/sex, national origin, pregnancy, and FMLA discrimination. She has successfully brought and defended claims in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
Jill Walsh Joining the firm in 2016, following four years of practice in employment law, workers’ compensation and general liability litigation, Jill focuses on representing individuals in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, employee benefits, reductions in force and wrongful discharge. Jill also counsels employers on workplace investigations, employment decisions, policy development, and training and has also served as local counsel to firms in a variety of employment matters.

She started her career by working as a Branch Manager for Nations Bank in Atlanta, GA, and then worked in Financial Aid Offices at Auburn University and Bentley University where she was an Associate Director of Financial Aid.
